We are growing continuously and are now looking for an Implementation Consultant for our Word delivery team who wants to make a difference for companies such as Novo Nordisk, Maersk, Accenture, Vestas, and Nestlé. And maybe you are the one to make that difference? You will work in a global context, creating and implementing solutions and services which are truly empowering people in their everyday work lives.

What’s the job about?
As an Implementation Consultant in our Word delivery team, your primary focus is to set up templates for Microsoft Word, based on design requirements from our clients. We make all sorts of templates ranging from simple correspondence templates to complex publications and reports. We deliver these templates both as stand-alone templates, but we also implement templates in different environments as dynamic solutions like Templafy, where we bridge the clients’ data sources with the templates to create individualized or unique documents.

The company Templafy plays a big role in how we work as we are resellers of their solution and their primary implementation partner serving more than 400 clients. Templafy develops the world’s leading Template Management and Content Enablement solution and in addition to sharing offices with their 380 skilled employees, we are carrying out Templafy implementation projects all over the World.

When implementing content for Templafy, you will be working on data sources, bindings, and lots of cool functions to make the clients’ templates dynamically come to life and make sure the framework is correct set up with the right theme, color, logo, and information needed in the document.

You will also get the chance to be on calls with the client during kick-off meetings, collaborative sessions, and handovers in close collaboration with our client responsibles and Project Managers.

Who are you?
We know we tend to be a bit ‘nerdy’ when it comes to building templates and making document solutions and we kind of expect you to have the same feeling; you’re eager to immerse yourself in your projects, figuring out how to create the best, the most user-friendly and most solid solution for the end-users. You have technical flair and a growth mindset when learning new skills within Microsoft Word and dynamic solutions in Templafy.

Maybe you have already built templates in your current position and feel it is rewarding to see your templates come to life. Maybe you have experience in working with large documents and publications, or maybe you are the go-to person when your colleagues get stuck in Office. Overall if you feel excited to be working with design input. documents and data input for the majority of your workday.

But you also must be nice, and helpfulness is part of your DNA. As a team, we value teamwork and we help each other out and share knowledge every single workday. We are currently 70 people in Omnidocs and in the team we are looking for a new colleague we are currently 6 consultants and specialists in our team – you could be the next 🙂

Our office is newly renovated and located in the heart of the historic neighborhood Christianshavn, surrounded by canals and great little cafés and restaurants. We enjoy our lunch in the fabulous local Italian restaurant called Undici. We have plenty of light and air while being close to everything – including the metro, the canals, and the city center.
