About the team
Are you a Senior Microsoft Full-stack Developer? Fantastic! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with Microsoft technologies in fun and challenging projects together with a fantastic team of passionate and inspiring colleagues. You will be joining our Software Engineering team of approximately 20 co-workers who are all committed to pushing the limits of Microsoft technologies to help our customers achieve their goals!

You will work in an agile environment with some of the best Microsoft developers in Denmark and globally. Together with your colleagues, you will be working on highly complex projects for some of the most well-known companies both in Denmark and globally. You will be responsible for developing highly complex solutions, all while developing your own career. With focus on the newest technology, we strive towards building new and exciting solutions for our clients encouraging them work with cutting edge technology.

Occasionally we collaborate with members from other Talent Communities, in example the Infrastructure Talent Community and the Analytics Talent Community. This opens for a lot of learning and development opportunities within other areas as well as our own. The Talent Community is where you will belong and we focus on the people, sharing our knowledge and success while having fun together, this is done regularly in team meetups in the office as well as online.

About you
As a Software Developer you will support the creation of custom solutions for our clients and their customers through designing, building, testing and deploying across services and applications with the Microsoft technology at its core. As an experienced developer you will be part of defining a projects technical and functional design, working in collaboration with Technical leadership and Analysts, and from time to time lead and facilitate a development team.

You will collaborate with project teams in customizing, developing, integrating, and extending best practices within Security to meet client needs. You will guide the customer and your team to develop the optimal solution, which you will then implement. You will contribute across all phases of Avanade projects.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Develop innovative solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies ranging from deep backend integrations to frontend.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, the scrum master and Project Manager in your team to build new digital experiences
• Design and develop well-crafted software using agile and lean approaches.
• Work with onshore, nearshore and offshore development teams.
• Partner with multi-functional technology teams to integrate solutions.
