Core Responsibilities
In this role you have a big impact on data quality and execution to secure stable business week by week. Your core responsibilities are:
• Key driver of system updates – e.g. crafting Purchase orders in SAP, transferring data between different systems. Currently SAP, Supplier Collaboration Foundation, Centralized sourcing.
• Responsible for securing data quality with careful attention
• Supporting uploads of technical specifications to external partners
• Support the team in having all data available to make recommendations on partner meetings
• Delivering on administrative routine tasks independently and consistently
• Enters close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders in different time zones

The RFQ team is responsible for sourcing injection moulds, mould parts and maturing master data from the external platform to make the LEGO Group succeed.
The RFQ department is in growth. We are openminded, help each other and stay curious, brave and focussed to make sure our sourcing is done in the best way possible. We are having fun, but we also get things done! As a global team, 2 of the close colleagues are based in China, which is making online training and communication key.

Do you have what it takes?
• 1-3 years' experience with sourcing or background in finance
• Solid understanding and experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Can work independently - brave and curious enough to challenge as-is
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• English on a high level, both spoken and written
• Thrives both in routine work and more complex tasks
• Friendly & service minded
