Job Description
Are you an experienced leader? Do you know how to build strong and trustworthy brands? Do you know how to leverage digital marketing that supports the B2B sales process? Are you excited to manage and lead a dedicated marketing team to build the brand and drive growth from a marketing perspective? Lime is now looking for our new Head of Marketing - a key role that will lead our growth-oriented marketing efforts in Europe.

Who is our new Head of Marketing?
You have an exceptional business mindset and see it as a matter, of course, that sales and marketing work together closely to maximize results. Furthermore, you can balance the strategic marketing perspective with operational project management of critical projects in the marketing department. You are goal-oriented and have a great understanding of what it takes to generate demand and support the sales process through B2B marketing.

You are an experienced and action-oriented leader. What you bring to the table are strategic ideas and concrete suggestions on how we can become even better in our marketing efforts. Through engaging leadership, you also ensure that these ideas are followed through. Quite simply, you take ownership for getting things done and us reaching our goals.

Who will you be working with?
Lime is a fast-growing SaaS company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, with offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, and Germany. We have always carried out our work in a professional, yet easy-going manner and we believe that this description also fits you. With a strong and dedicated marketing team, most of them based at our headquarters in Lund, we create most of our content centrally and then adapt it to our local markets.

The marketing team works under the same umbrella as the sales team and we are involved a little here and there, especially on the product side, so your role will have many contact points within the organization.

What do you need to know?
We expect you to have:

  • Great leadership skills and a flair for getting people on board
  • Extensive experience from marketing and building international B2B brands
  • Knowledge about marketing’s contribution to the sales process, increased revenue, and ARR
  • Ability to create structures and processes that bring clarity and efficiency
  • Desire to take ownership for the strategic marketing agenda and the development of the team, while also being operative in marketing
  • Experience in purchasing and following up on delivery from external marketing partners
  • Ability to communicate comfortably in English
  • Ability to travel regularly to our offices across Europe
