Do you have a track record working as an architect within HR IT (SuccessFactors) or are you a newly graduated IT candidate with and interest in HR who has the drive and ambition to become an architect? Would you like to influence and set the direction of Vestas’ journey within HR IT? Then you may be our next HR IT Solution Architect!

You will join the P&C (HR) team, which is part of Vestas Global IT Solutions. We are responsible for the end2end IT architecture and landscape within HR mainly comprised of SuccessFactors and HCM. We are working closely with the business on roadmap and architecture, and we set the scene in terms of architecture. You will be working closely with our Enterprise Architecture team setting the direction for Vestas’ journey within HR. We are a global team working out of Denmark with team members in the Philippines and India.

Responsibilities
As an HR IT Solution Architect, you will act as the advisor and expert within the SuccessFactors landscape. You will have a business facing role working closely with stakeholders from Vestas’ HR organization as well as the Enterprise Architecture team and Integration team from Global IT. You will have an active role driving roadmap discussions in projects within the HR domain.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future demands and provide inspiration to find the best solution for the future roadmap deliverables
  • Drive new implementation architecture activities from business idea to sign off, including requirement capturing, solution design and ensuring quality in execution
  • Release management in SuccessFactors including alignment and identification of dependencies towards IT and Business
  • Participate in daily sprints on RTM setup contributing to forming and guiding the team
  • Engage with the Integrations team in regard to integrations from Employee Central to document mgmt. and to ServiceNow (case mgmt.)

Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you either come from a similar role in an IT organisation or from an IT consultancy where you have been driving the journey within SuccessFactors and the HR landscape as such; or you are a more junior candidate who recently graduated from university but with some knowledge within HR architecture.

Below qualifications are a plus:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within IT
  • Deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors landscape is preferred but experience with HCM is also relevant
  • Knowledge of onboarding & recruiting and data flow within these incl. data flow towards Employee Central
  • Insights into the Time & Pay area
  • Insights into wage type catalogue
  • Knowledge of/experience with APIs and Integration

We work on a Cloud first strategy and you will play a significant role in simplifying our IT landscape to aim for a sustainable and scalable IT landscape. You will have opportunity to work independently within your area, entering a dynamic environment. We have many new projects on the roadmap and you will play a role in some of them. To mention a few it is HCM decommissioning, Time and Pay programme, onboarding etc.
