Regional CRM Specialist, EMEA North

As our new CRM Specialist in EMEA North, your ultimate purpose is to enable higher sales productivity in the frontline. As a company, we do this by following a Sales Management Framework that outlines the desired customer priorities, KPIs, targets and meeting cadences.

SalesForce is at the heart of this and provides the data needed to analyze and improve our efforts. Your role is to support the Regional Sales Leadership in ensuring that we execute in accordance with the framework and realize the improvements. Additionally, you will be the regional owner and go-to-person for SFDC.

Your new team
Organizationally, you will report functionally with a solid line to the EMEA Head of Sales Management & CRM, José Salcedo, and you will be based in Broendby, Greater Copenhagen Area. At the same time, you will have a dotted line to the Regional Commercial Excellence Manager, EMEA North. Day-to-day, you will work with a broad group of stakeholders in the region and occasionally you will work on assignments with key representatives from group functions. Further, you can expect around 25 travel days annually mainly to North Europe.

In your team, there will be 2 additional CRM Specialists, taking care of other regions, so you have good collaboration with each region to be responsible for.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports used for meetings at different organizational levels
  • Perform analyses to provide insights and improvement recommendations to the Sales Leadership
  • Prepare and execute SFDC training sessions ranging from basic introductions to super user trainings
  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales organization solving their issues and delivering on requests
  • Identify process improvements that eliminate time-wasting data requirements or process steps
  • Ensure ongoing data quality by leading data governance, maintenance and clean-up exercises
  • Act as ambassador for the region in the global product ownership forum
  • Roll-out and communicate around new features and developments coming from Group

Who are you?
To succeed in the role, we imagine you have the basic capabilities of any good CRM Specialist – being analytical, attentive to detail and communicative. However, what really makes you stand out is your personality and your working style. You are proactive, self-starting and collaborative, meaning that you actively identify opportunities and mobilize people act on them immediately.

It would be considered an advantage if you have experience from working with sales people and managers knowing their everyday life in terms of challenges and opportunities.
