We are looking for a Sales Manager - Existing Business in the following areas: Boston, Ma. & San Diego, CA.

About the role:
- You will be the main point of contact in all matters between our existing customers and ChemoMetec
- Build, strengthen and maintain client relations between our existing customers
- You will be responsible for new sales to our existing customers as well as working on upselling opportunities with our existing clients
- Maintain accurate clients records, keeping track of any contact updates
- Craft and send multiple direct emails and stay on top of all communications
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
The ideal candidate:
- Eligible to work in the US
- Account Management & Sales: 2+ years (Mandatory)
- Customer Service: 2+ years (Mandatory)
- Computer Literate: 1 year+ (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of key account management
- Results focused with a natural drive for taking responsibility for your work
- Attention to detail
- Able to manage an array of customer accounts in a CRM
- Passionate about creating value for your customers and experience in selling to their needs
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to prioritize and adjust your own resources and activities as needed
