ABOUT YOUR TEAM

We are looking for Business Analysts to join our Plexus teams at Keylane Copenhagen to help build policy administration systems. We have 8 different teams in Denmark, with different focus areas related to building a software solution for a Pension company. The teams work passionately on standardizing the handling of e.g. incoming money, investment, premium calculations, projection of value for retirement etc. It is a highly complex area and you shouldn’t be scared of numbers to work here 😉

We are internationalizing our policy administration system, Plexus, which introduces an international work environment with close cooperation across Denmark, Netherlands and India.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
You will be a part of our Product Development department and will work closely with our Product Owners, Cluster Managers, Developers, Testers. This also means that you will not be in the front lines when it comes to direct client contact, but rather discuss and provide pension knowledge to your colleagues, who might be experts within other areas, such as the technical field. Using your pension knowledge, you will analyze requirements coming in from our customers and help evolve and design a standard solution to support their needs. You won’t be alone, and can count on support from enthusiastic colleagues who are always happy to discuss solutions. However, as our application is complex, you will be expected to carry out proactive self-driven investigations.

As the key link between your team and the rest of the organization, you will be in constant dialogue with colleagues. You enjoy problem-solving and you do not hesitate to challenge status quo while defining the right solution. In Keylane we are all experts within our field, and we rely heavily on your professional expertise, both when it comes to being autonomous and being the Business Analyst by heart that you are.

In the role as Business Analyst, you will have tasks that include:

• Analyzing which part of our system should be adjusted to support new features and new customers, e.g. product setup, agreement configuration options and configurability.
• Designing and explaining how our developers should code new features.

ABOUT YOU
This position also offers great growth potential for the right candidate: being a Business Analyst could also include driving, managing and keeping track of your team´s tasks in a more coordinating role, of course together with your manager.

Furthermore, we think it is important that you:

• Are a real team player that has the drive to handle complex tasks together with your team.
• Have experience working with pensions and life insurance, e.g. from working at a Pension provider.
• Experience with IT, implementation of IT systems, etc., is a plus. You might already have tried working with agile methods
• Fluent in English
