Outbound Sales Specialist

To consult and help our network of small and medium sized partners in transforming homeowner spaces into favorite places, we are currently looking for 2 Outbound Sales Specialists to join our Nordic Sales organization – one to be based in our Head Office in Hørsholm, Denmark, and one to be based in our Regional Office in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Your challenges
By joining VELUX you will be a part of a dedicated team focused on selling our solutions remotely through our ecosystem of partners. You will be working in close conjunction with the Field Sales team, Marketing team, and Insights team with the goal of influencing as many homeowners as possible through appealing and attractive solutions, winning both hearts and minds. While this can happen in multiple ways, your core challenge will be focused on communicating to partners how our solutions create desirable and healthy living environments, while also being attractive for our partners to promote.

In addition, your primary tasks will be to:

  • Effectively manage and develop a portfolio of partners through remote interactions
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Contribute to meet or exceed the Outbound Sales teams volume targets

Your qualifications
You are a results-oriented person with good commercial acumen and a flair for inspiring people through the phone. You thrive in a lively environment and understand that the role requires being a phenomenal teammate, who can work cross-functionally and have a passion for interaction with people to deliver a positive experience for our partners and customers. Whilst we aim to be inclusive and foster diversity within our workforce, the following traits are considered as an advantage:

  • Experience from a role as an Sales Development Representative or from a role in an outbound call center
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly understand partner- and customer needs, and match them with suitable value propositions and solutions
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other sales teams, marketing and ITHave an eye for details and structure, setting your team up for scaling

For our Denmark based Outbound Sales Specialist, Danish and English language skills are required. (Norwegian is an advantage, but not a requirement).

For our Sweden based Outbound Sales Specialist, Swedish and English language skills are required (Danish and Norwegian is an advantage, but not a requirement).
