Global Support team in Poland provides multiple services within BEC such as report designing, data analysis, automation, controlling, business processes execution and more.

Global Support provides services to the customer banks and BEC-internal areas such as Customers & Business Development, IT Operations, Risk & Security, Procurement, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Architecture and others

Primary tasks and responsibilities

In the position of

Junior Java Developer (with Automation)
, you will work closely with Internal IT, Administration, Facility Management, HR and many more functions in BEC. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Maintain automation solutions and 2 BEC internal applications: LMS and FMS. A simple Learning Management System is here to help manage courses and trainings at BEC; a simple Facility Management System is for seat and space management at BEC Warsaw office. Both apps are written in Java (Spring Boot and React)
• Meet customer to understand details of their business process: pain points, limitations, pieces heavy with manual work, copy-paste steps, etc.
• Suggest automations, then design them, release for testing, deploy to production and maintain (tooling available: Power Automate, PowerApps, VBA, Power Query and more)

We are looking for you who love to explore and learn!

Preferably, you completed your studies and have 1-3 years of experience from a similar position working with Spring Boot, React front-end or similar frameworks. Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, VBA, Power Query, SQL queries will be your advantage.
