This is a 12 months contract role.

Core Responsibilities
• Support the team in delivering cadence reporting, e.g recruitment, people planning and diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Deliver excellence in data storytelling
• Co-develop and execution of analytics projects to aid decision-making across the business
• Support Workday reporting rollout
• Engage with HR partners and leaders to secure relevant and value adding deliverables

The People Analytics team support the business through relevant business insights delivery and regular cadence reporting. As Insights Manager, you will work with a group of highly capable colleagues to secure value adding deliverables through analytics, reporting and data storytelling. You will play a critical part in our future success of bringing data-driven insights to benefit decision-making in our business!

Do you have what it takes?
• 3+ years experience in a people analytics function and Workday reporting
• Strong data management skills with the ability to identify the best methodology to research, synthesise and analyse findings
• A people person with excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience working with Visier and across core HR deliverables and processes is a plus
