We are seeking a passionate leader ready to mature new technology and manufacture new moulds!
Lead our team to to deliver world class solutions to our moulding production

Core Responsibilities
• Lead a newly established team of 15 experienced people, consisting of both hourly and salary paid employees
• Build the capabilities to ensure we succeed with our key objectives as part of the Engineering organization to deliver world class solutions to our moulding production
• Keep the team highly motivated and engaged
• Maintain and develop our process portal to ensure that our area is running according to strong processes enabling fast lead time, high quality and cost-effective production
• Lead our quality team and be responsible for delivering quality with the philosophy that only the best is good enough
• Be responsible for ensuring capacity and demand within Manufacturing of Insert Packages, and for producing and delivering according to the standards
• Operational responsibility for daily task performance and resource allocation, while focusing on established KPI’s: safety, quality, delivery, cost and people
• Unify and build a strong team culture in a new organisation, enabling it to deliver strong results

Play your part in our team succeeding
The department is newly established and will consist of 15 experienced employees from the Mould Factory organization. The department has strong parallels to two other departments in the organization, which you will have strong collaboration and planning with.
To ensure flow on assigned tasks In Mould Factory be synchronized between the different departments in the value chain. Meaning that when mould design is completed, manufacturing should have resources freed up to start their task etc. Also, we need to ensure that we utilize overall capacity in a prioritized way through the factory and thereby meets expectations from Operations in general.

Do you have what it takes?
• Relevant education within Engineering or similar. Combined with a proven business end-to-end understanding at bachelor or master’s level, e.g. diploma in leadership or HD
• Experience within planning systems e.g SAP
• Management experience
• Experience within change management in a global organization
• Engineering background, preferably having worked with mould production and quality.
