Paytack is a tech start up that wants to change the way of how the customer loyalty works today. We are developing a cashback loyalty platform for the local businesses that are struggling to retail their customers and compete with branded chains

Responsibilities

• Have the direct responsibility over paytack Business: leads generated, conversion, and growth rates
• Atleast 3+ years experience of working in a B2B business development
• Perform lead sourcing, negotiation, and conversion via SoMe, Email or in person
• Own the entire process chain from lead generation to after sales support and improve on it as we grow and scale
• Build business strategies that streamline the entire conversion funnel and retention of customers
• Generate leads: identify relevant prospects, contact them, manage outreach campaigns, book meetings
• Qualify leads: conduct introductory meetings + product demo, assess needs + decision-making process
• Convert leads: prepare compelling sales presentations and persuade prospects of value proposition
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Coordinate outbound and inbound sales and marketing efforts with team members
• Manage external BD resources (e.g. partners, lead generation companies)
• Manage CRM system and build pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Identify and participate in relevant events and conferences to increase PayTack's visibility in priority markets

The tasks may occasionally change and you will have an opportunity to define your own goals, tasks and responsibilities. This is an hourly paid contractual job that may convets into permanent employment int he future . the candidate can expect travel within Denmark. Our corporate Language is English but some danish language fluency is preferred
