Are you our new C&B Manager who can ensure compensation and benefits best practice and thereby help us attract and retain our talent? In this role, you get to develop and implement global compensation and benefit frameworks, using your experience in a company where we work to save and enhance lives.

An influential role is waiting for you
You will be our new go-to compensation and benefits manager with a global outlook. This includes Danish operational compensation and benefits responsibility and given your international experience and know-how, you will also be working on building a global set-up with aligned processes and value-adding services across all 12 locations and 10 countries. You will work with multiple international stakeholders to identify and implement best practice. Your job will entail:

• Handling salary regulation, bonus processes, supplier contact etc. – all the classic compensation and benefits tasks.
• Being the global owner on Mercer’s Career Framework.
• Carrying out benchmark and market analyses to ensure that our rewards and benefits are competitive.
• Providing your specialist expertise to business critical projects in our global HR team.

Your 25 colleagues are ready to welcome you into our global HR department. You will be based in Copenhagen with 10 of your colleagues who are all HR specialists with several years of experience. Experienced compensation and benefits specialist
As a person, it is important that you are outgoing and thereby able to facilitate the dialogues and discussions with different stakeholders and argument for your choices and recommendations. Moreover, you will need good business acumen and solid analytical skills allowing you to crunch numbers, analyse data and calculate consequences.

• You most likely have a degree within HR, finance or similar.
• You have 5+ years of experience within compensation and benefits from an international company.
• You are an experienced specialist, familiar with different types of incentives and benefit schemes as well as compensation cycle management.
• It is a plus if you have knowledge of Mercer’s Career Framework.
• You speak and write Danish and English effortlessly.
