Core Responsibilities
Upon joining our Digital Portfolio and Delivery Office as a student helper, you will start with the following set of core of responsibilities – expanding over time:
• Create and support activities on the engagement channels (Teams, Yammer, Newsletters) for our Digital Transparency Dashboards. We want to nudge the organization to have conversations on how we are doing on our Digital Transformation Journey.
• An opportunity to take the SCRUM master course and get real-life experience by being SCRUM master for the Transparency team.
• Support the execution of transformational activities across all Digital Product Organisations, in our Transformation Partnering stream. We aim to drive simplicity and cohesiveness in our digital operating model, e.g. through the OKR process

The Transformation Management Office enables alignment of strategic digital objectives between senior tech and product leaders (VP level). We engage them in joint planning and execution of the digital business transformation and provide them with the insights to become a digital product organization with ONE digital operating model.

Do you have what it takes?
- Student in business administration, economics, engineering, computer science or similar
- Have interest in gaining practical skills related to project management and change management
- Have interest in gaining practical skills related to portfolio management
- Have strong collaborative skills
