Apply your expertise and partner handling skills to implement and be the go-to person and the business area authority on data privacy!
Become a Privacy Rights Agent and analyze gaps and needs together with sub-agents and business-owners and get them onboard for implementing compliance.

Core Responsibilities
Work closely with the LEGO Group’s Data Protection Officer’s team (Privacy Office) and leaders in the organization and design, present and motivate our efforts.

• Drive and facilitate compliance in appointed areas with direction from Privacy Office and in collaboration with the accountable leaders
• Communicate, train and consult colleagues on topics, follow the Privacy Compliance Tracker and available e-learning
• Handle sub-agents and work together with other PRA’s on same site (one-voice)
• Participating in the Global PRA network and actively seeking information on legal practices through
• Leading personal data mapping in accordance with the guidance guidelines
• Identify focus areas and set up actions to be compliant. Securing that process documentation and common guidelines are in place
• Follow up on progress in own business area(s) and recommend mitigating actions to leader

You will be part of Project Management & Portfolio Enabling in Product & Marketing development.

The GDPR Lead is building “the bridge” between the legally defined data privacy topics, which are often complex and unclear to the organization, and putting them to life in a business context.

We are looking for someone who proudly and enthusiastically will deal with an area that many do not have top of mind in product & marketing development.

A good combination of motivation and knowledge of the data privacy area, combined with good communication and collaboration skills.

Do you have what it takes?
• 2-4 years data privacy experience from working with compliance
• Ability to thrive and lead the way forward in a changing environment.
• Strong process understanding and ability to the leverage this to optimize and drive effectiveness
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and able to engage with partners.
• Calm & open, “Can do” attitude
• Work persistently towards achieving goals, while staying flexible
• English Advanced - Level 13-16 (C1, C2)
