Join us as our new Quality Manager Latin America
Lead a great team in Latin America to ensure we meet our Quality and Environmental requirements at our Latin America sites. You will be working across business units and with various industries and sales teams. As well as working with Operations to help guide them to be set up for success in producing food products in Brazil for the future. In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Supporting growth in Latin America, specifically in food and beverage industries. You will be responsible for execution and follow up of site GMP and HACCP plans. You will ensure that customer receive timely information from questionnaires to support sales growth. You will work with environmental specialist to ensure compliance to all local legislation. You will work with site leadership to support compliance in all decision making.

To succeed you must hold:
B.S. (or equivalent) in relevant scientific/engineering/business field with a minimum of five years’ experience in direct food manufacturing in leadership position in Quality OR M.S. (with two years of industrial experience in direct food manufacturing with leadership experience).

• Experience should demonstrate progressively increasing amounts of responsibility.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
• Commitment to help others improve performance.
• Ability to network with internal and external contacts.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Excellent motivator and team player.
• Serve as a role model for other members of Quality Management department.
• Language skills required in English & Portuguese and Spanish preferred.
