Core Responsibilities
• Securing that all LEGO Education's learning solutions and solution components meets all guidelines and the high quality standard of LEGO Education and the LEGO Group
• Create and set user-testing standards, processes, acceptance criteria and templates
• Investigate user testing tools, establish user testing scenarios and test-cases.
• Participate as ongoing experience QA in development processes.
• Ensure that our solutions are following the UX and design guidelines and secure an efficient value in the classroom.
• Be the voice of the user in projects and to partners
• Proactively collect feedback from users and market partners.
• Be data-driven and advocate a data-driven approach in keeping track of the quality performance of all LEGO Education learning solutions

The Product Experience (PX) group is responsible for the design, engineering, and leadership of LEGO Education’s product portfolio. Our vision is to create energetic, creative, and impactful learning experiences for children around the world. We achieve this through a fully integrated approach to the development of educational technology that unifies design, engineering, research, testing, products, and platforms.
The Experience QA Manager works with the QA lead and is responsible for the overall success of the user experience test efforts. The Experience QA Manager will work with all aspects of our learning experiences including hardware, software, learning content and physical products
Do you have what it takes?
• The right candidate for us has a good understanding of digital experiences and knowledge of standardized ways of evaluating and supervising usability across the portfolio (e.g. HEART Framework).
• Good communication skills and are proactive in building relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers.
• Expert knowledge of inspection and control methods.
• Domain knowledge from the Edtech industry with a passion for education and learning..
• Relevant QA certification like CQM or similar.
• Experience running third-party suppliers.
• Have 2-5 years of experience within the field of software QA and digital deliveries (preferably within an international context)
• Have developed and implemented quality assurance on consumer electronic products
• Have an outspoken, positive personality, and is happy to work with children and teachers to develop the best learning experience
• Have an educational background in the field of User Experience Design, Digital Design or similar
• Proficient in English
