Are you a digital native who is passionate about the environment and want to make an impact on sustainability in industry?
Bring your energy and digital skillset to the table and support our global sustainable operations team to drive and enable The LEGO Group ambition of zero impact Operations.
Core Responsibilities
• Support the monthly reporting and data collection processes for Operations data on energy, water, and waste
• Support the development and improvement of our project portfolio management processes, including tool improvement and portfolio insights
• Supports the sustainable operations team on communication and team-related activities
• Challenges the status quo constructively to improve processes and find innovative solutions towards our data foundation and data analytics
• Reports to the head of Sustainable Operations, and support the whole team on enabling fact-based decisions through data
• Potential participation in sustainability projects
• Be able to be on location in Billund at least 1-2 days/week

The Sustainable Operations department is responsible for driving our sustainability portfolio within Operations, with current focus on energy, water, and waste reductions across our factories.
Do you have what it takes?
• You are studying Bachelor’s degree in an environmental, engineering- or IT-related field and want to have some practical experience in applying your knowledge into practice in industry. (only active students at a Danish University will be eligible to apply for this role, only bachelor level will be considered)
• You are available from August 2022 and continue studies for over a year as a minimum.
• Theoretical understanding of sustainability
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI
• Fluent in English
• Previous similar experiences is a plus but not mandatory
• Understanding of sustainability is an advantage
• Understanding of project and portfolio management is an advantage
• English – intermediate to advanced level
