What awaits you

We are looking for an Experience Transformation practitioner.

You will translate high-level Experience strategy into detailed blueprints and feasibility requirements to enable the transformation of the client’s Experience, to deliver on its brand’s promise in every customer interaction. You will leverage our industry best practices to define organizational, technical, delivery, alliance and customer adoption requirements to enable the target Experience across all touchpoints.

Client challenges you will be working on:

• How to operate experiences in an Agile way, focusing on conversions​
• How to measure Experience, and its relationship to business outcomes
• Design, build and launch experiences​
• How to restructure the clients offering for digital business​

• Helping our clients navigate the complex space of digital experiences by providing simplification, structure and prioritization frameworks

Qualifications
What we're looking for

You have work experience within one or several of the following skill domains:

• Product Management & Business Analysis​
• Agile projects and team leading​
• Process modelling and mapping
• Operating models​
• Communication across projects/workstreams​ in a large program

• Follow an experience from strategy to launch​
• Customer Journeys​ definition and operationalization

As well as hands-on work experience in one of the following functions:

• Growth strategy
• Product innovation
• Digital marketing

• Sales & Commerce
• Management consulting or digital marketing agency experience would be a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written English required, a Nordic language is a plus
