Core Responsibilities
• Process Lead for Accounts Payable and Payment Centre
• Champion End to End process mentality
• Building strong relations to business, Treasury, Procurement and Shared Service Centre’s
• Drive documentation, standardisation, process control and improvement activities
• Lead collaboration amongst subject matter authorities and other business stakeholders through our process governance setup
• Act as a trusted advisor through value-based stakeholder management with open and clear communication
• Explore advancements in technology and process thinking in close collaboration with process specialists and IT
• Drive a network of process and system Superusers to help identify efficiencies and improvement ideas
• Approximately 25-40 days of international travel a year

Business Process & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our mission is to build and maintain effective standardized and digitalized processes based on business and end user requirements, as the platform for the future growth of the LEGO Group.

You will be based in Billund and join a global team of 50-60 dedicated colleagues

Do you have what it takes?
• 3+ years of experience with process design, indirect leadership, optimisation and management of Accounts Payable and Payment processes
• A high level of continuous improvement skills
• Organisational clout and the ability to negotiate as well as set non-negotiable demands
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Works well with subject matter experts globally to achieve buy-in for changes without direct reporting lines
