Would you like to bring your expertise of crafting business processes to The LEGO Group? Are you well versed in all things "Purchase 2 Pay" and have a keen eye for highlighting improvements.
This role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to influence decisions at all levels both around our business & financial processes as well as our system landscape, with the aim to drive standardisation as well as flexibility and agility!
Core Responsibilities
• Process Specialist for Procure to Pay, focusing on Procure to Order and Supplier Information Management
• Perform process maintenance, documentation, improvement & standardisation
• Training and daily support of users in system processes and governance
• Apply business requirements and define, test and implement new system functionalities
• Participate in projects and workgroups that requires process and system knowledge
• Develop and maintain efficient and effective standardised processes that bridge business needs with IT solutions
• Stakeholder management of Global Process Owner, IT & other key internal and external stakeholders

Business Process & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our mission is to build and maintain effective standardized and digitalized processes based on business and end user requirements, as the platform for the future growth of the LEGO Group.
You will be based in Billund and join a global team of 70 dedicated colleagues
Do you have what it takes?
• Experience with Procurement and Vendor Masterdata processes
• Proven SAP skills with special focus on procurement and vendor Masterdata
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain sophisticated issues in a language user can understand
• Experience in Process documentation and performing training
• Demonstrated a structured continuous improvement mindset and the ability to prioritize your time
• Travelling up to 15 days a year
