Are you ready to make your mark in the Danfoss Group Treasury Team? Then you might be the Junior Treasury Analyst that we are looking for.

Group Treasury is a group function of 12 dedicated individuals primarily based in the Danfoss’ HQ in Denmark servicing Danfoss’ 200+ subsidiaries and business units around the world. You will report to the Head of Treasury Cash Management & Funding and be part of a small team of highly dedicated and motivated experts that manages Danfoss’ global cash flow of some 20 billion euro annually and secures that the Danfoss Group has the financial resources it needs to operate and grow under all circumstances.

Your base will be in Nordborg, Denmark.

Job Responsibilities
As our new Junior Treasury Analyst, you will primarily support the various activities and projects in the department, including servicing our global subsidiaries with their daily needs for treasury support.

Your main tasks will also include:

• Being first line of support on the treasury helpdesk
• Contact with the banks servicing Danfoss
• Support to maintenance, development, and implementation of new process’ and IT-systems worldwide
• Analyzing data to provide insight and optimize process’ on an ongoing basis
• Reporting and presentations
• Efficient and proactive collaboration with other relevant functions/departments to identify data and collect input for analysis

Background & Skills
Do you have what it takes? To be considered for this position, we expect that you have a bachelor’s degree in administration or similar and/or a relevant background e.g. from banking, combined with:

• Passion and dedication for Treasury topics
• Desire to learn, grow and make a difference in building a career in a global multinational company
• Treasury experience is an advantage, but not a must (if no experience, you must be able to climb a steep learning curve)
• Good standard of written and oral communication in English
• Knowledge of data management and analysis reporting tools such as Excel, SAP, business intelligence and Power BI would be desirable

As a person, you have an open and curious mindset and the courage to voice your opinion and make a difference. You are able to collaborate within cross-disciplinary, multicultural and -national teams. Last, but not least, you possess analytical skills and have a systematic approach in handling tasks.
