Core Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role is to design, implement and govern financial, sales and marketing processes like trade contribution, marketing spend and new sales flows with a process and compliance focus. In close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance Business Partners, and your team you will handle root cause analysis and define business requirements for support tasks, improvement tasks or new digital solutions. Further to the role, you will:
•Drive finance related activities and projects which requires end-to-end process understanding as well as financial and system knowledge
•Motivate change management of projects and activities
•Conduct active stakeholder management across key internal and external partners, Global Process Owners and Digital
•Perform process design, standardization, improvements, digitalization, documentation, and maintenance with a compliant view
•Define, test, implement and train in new process and system functionalities

Business Processes & Information is part of our Business Service Operation (BSO) reporting to Finance. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of BSO & HR processes. We support the Finance organization and LEGO® business areas through our process expertise. Our mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes by bridging business needs with digital solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a global team of 70 dedicated colleagues.
Do you have what it takes?
Preferably you hold a degree in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Auditing, or another relevant education. You come with a deep understanding of sales and marketing operating processes and reporting requirements, and knowledge around order to cash process for Business to Business, Direct to Consumer and Business to Consumer. Moreover, you bring:
•Extensive experience with the FI & CO modules in SAP
•Experience from working as finance business partner/controller
•Experience working with global water fall projects or agile projects as well as change management projects
•Project management experience implementing digital solutions
•Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain complex issues in logic way
•Solid collaboration skills and a highly developed ability to work in a team
