About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and solution-oriented specialist with experience from working with the International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”). As IFRS Specialist, you will be driving compliance with IFRS in a truly global organization. As part of setting the policies that ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards you will interact with the global finance community and other business functions. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our policies are always updated and relevant stakeholders are informed and trained appropriately.
About the department
You will be joining a small, specialized team within Group Finance. The External Financial Compliance team is, amongst others, responsible for:
- Compliance in our interim and annual reporting to IFRS accounting standards
- Implementing new IFRS accounting standards
- Solving and acting as a sparring partner on complex accounting matters
- Ownership of our group accounting manual and conducting “Group Finance Training” for the global finance organization
The department has a broad network throughout the Group and is working closely with the Group controllers, Investor Relations, and other stakeholders.

Your overall responsibilities
- Ensuring group accounting policies are always updated and relevant and compliant with IFRS
- Conduct “Group Finance Training”
- Work as in-house expert to address and be a sparring partner on complex accounting matters
What you bring
- A bachelor or master’s degree within accounting, finance, economics or similar
- Experience from working with IFRS from an audit firm or from a similar position in another company
- Strong responsibility for your tasks and projects combined with team spirit
- Ability to convey accounting technical information to a broader audience, both verbally and in writing
