We are searching for a highly organized personality with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to cater for multiple ongoing onboarding and learning programs in an independent work style. If this sounds like you, then read on!

Core Responsibilities
• Drive the LEGO Design Academy course calendar and liaison with facilitators and vendors to ensure planning, preparation and logistics for all learning programs
• Ensure smooth communication towards learners, facilitators, and other relevant partners related to onboarding and learning programs, including daily management of the LEGO Design Academy inbox
• Act as subject matter expert for Learning Management Systems and Platforms and make the roll-out of Workday as the future Learning Management System happen
• Own all operational activities related to Learning Management Systems and related Sharepoint pages (e.g. creating courses, curating active courses, uploading training modules, tracking enrollments and completions, evaluation of programs, etc.)
• Help build strong communication about the learning offer to reach all relevant design colleagues
• Track and monitor learning reporting and analytics for facilitators and leaders
• Highlight opportunities to increase efficiencies of the LEGO Design Academy team’s daily operations

LEGO Design Academy is our internal Design Educational Program that is responsible for the needed training and knowledge sharing for our collective Design Force to ensure a structured and focused capability building matching Industry standards.
The Program Administrator will manage a growing offer of onboarding and learning programs and provide high quality customer service and insights to all individuals involved in educational programs, and services. A well-running portfolio of learning programs and smooth operations are the key success factors for the Program Administrator.

Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelors degree in business administration, communication, learning and development, marketing, or related field - or equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred
• Experience with administrating learning programs
• Experience that demonstrates effective multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, and handling various internal and external individuals in a cross-functional landscape
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a high level of attention to details
• Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams and Office
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Willingness to take on practical tasks

Moreover, we are looking for someone with the ability to work in a multi-cultural, challenging environment with frequent interruptions, changing priorities, and deadlines. You must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across many different individuals and groups.

This is a temporary 9 months contract.
