Do you have the courage to drive the next stage of our maturity in revenue management around the world? Would you like to develop your commercial and analytical skills whilst working to ensure we improve the value of a multi-billion DKK budget?
Well, then you might be our new Billund-based Senior Manager in our Revenue Management & Pricing (RM&P) team focusing on Trade investment, and ultimately driving value for the LEGO Group!

Core Responsibilities
In this role you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the effective management of customer investments globally; a multi-billion DKK budget! To do this you will work closely with senior counterparts in Sales, Customer Development & Finance, understanding their needs and problem solving to define the best way forward for the LEGO Group. Specifically, you will:
• Work with our Digital Product teams to ensure we develop and deploy effective digital products to take our customer investment management to the next level.
• Deliver transparency on where and what we are investing behind, and the subsequent return on investment (ROI) generated.
• Utilise the above parameters to generate insights to improve our global customer investment strategies & guidelines to enable customer teams to make more efficient investment decisions.
• Ensure markets are equipped with the right capabilities to enable them to make efficient investment decisions based on insights & ROI.

Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join the global RM&P team within Market & Commercial Development (MCD) at our headquarters in Billund. You will be part of a commercial center of excellence driving the next phase of growth at the LEGO Group, focused on the commercial levers we can use to grow Net Revenue. This will involve impacting our global approach to key levers such as; Pricing, Promotions and Trade terms.

A business or finance professional with a commercial approach
For this position, it is vital that you have strong analytical skills, solid understanding of mechanics behind trade investments and the ability to maintain a well-rounded business view as you work. You are ambitious and able to grow a solid network in a global setting that you can use to influence and define how we approach customer investment decision making.
You bring:
• Extensive experience from a CPG company or retailer. Alternatively, a background from management consulting with practical knowledge from working with revenue management or trade investment management cases with similar scope.
• Extensive experience within a revenue management, commercial excellence, pricing, finance or similar function.
• Ability to influence, convince and negotiate with senior partners across the business through your strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in deployment of digital tools would be highly advantageous.
