The Team
You will be part of the Digital Workplace Team, a new feature team based in our brand-new offices in the 22@ district of Barcelona and composed by two specialist and a manager. The team’s mission is to deliver features and knowledge, empowering Milestoners to smoothly collaborate in a flexible and reliable digital workplace, so they can focus on what they do best.

The team is part of the Global IT & Operations group and works closely together with the Digital Workplace Product Owner, ensuring that the team delivers solutions that meet the business requirements identified and prioritized by the product owner.

Responsibilities
The Digital Workplace specialist is responsible for:

• Be the subject matter expert in Collaboration and M365 solutions providing guidance across Milestone to ensure all applications deliver business value
• Focus on the use of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications globally and the delivery to end users. Manage new software features, 3rd party apps and updates
• Ensure SharePoint and Teams proper governance
• Actively contributing to creating a team with happy team members, making Digital Workplace a great place to work
• Promote user adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications through all Milestoners worldwide
• Developing Learning and Adoption materials to help empowering Milestoners and improving their digital dexterity
• Ensure data security and integrity of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments

Skills

• Be passionate about digital workplace technologies and committed to delivering the best digital experience to end-users
• Experience in design, implementation, migration, and application of best practices in Office 365 solutions, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange
• Understanding of M365 roadmap, especially on Teams and SharePoint (Viva, Loop, Syntex…)
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
• Ability to create quality documentation, adoption communication and self-training material
• Flexibility for collaborating on Endpoint management tasks
• Confident to present to medium sized audiences and record training video

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
