Purpose
Project manager makes sure that the project is going towards agreed targets, acts as a leader for the project team and as a spokesman outside the project. He/She gives guidance and support for the project team to achieve the agreed targets. He/She takes End to End project ownership, control and responsibility to ensure solution is delivered to customer satisfaction, is fit for purpose, on schedule and on budget, whilst maintaining quality control always. Execute Change Management activities and Support Benefit harvesting plan.

Your responsibilities
- Manage all Project Stakeholders including Business and Digital and Third party Vendors.
- Identify and manage resource requirements for the project team and map the roles and responsibilities so that the scoped solution is developed within the budget and time schedule.
- Ensure all risks and issues are identified and managed effectively.
- Ensure effective handover of project from project team to Support team.
- Project Status Reporting to Management on a regular basis
- Manage the Finances of the project
What you bring
- You are passionate about Project Management and have power to influence and communicate respectfully
- You are a result oriented team player, leading from the front with pro-activity and transparency
- Proven success of leading project teams in complex global organizations
- You are good at stakeholder management and feel comfortable at all levels in the Organizational hierarchy and good at building relations
- You are open and trustworthy and most important empathic
- You have a relevant academic background and have worked as Project Manager on large scale Programs or Projects for more than 5 years.
- PMP and/or Prince2 Certified
- Should have experience in managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- BE with 17 -20 yrs of experience
What we offer
The position would be based out of Copenhagen, Denmark (or) Chennai, India and would involve travel for 60-80 days per year.
