Wood Thilsted is a consulting engineering company specialised in geotechnical and structural engineering within offshore wind. We are operating globally with projects located in Asia, North America and Northern Europe. We currently employ a staff of over 160, working from offices in the UK, USA, Denmark, Japan and Taiwan with continued growth foreseen.

Due to the success and growth of the company, we are searching for an IT Support Administrator that can join the Wood Thilsted IT team and support the future development of the company in either London or Copenhagen.

Are you looking for a new challenge in an environment where you can develop your technical experience and be a part of our growing IT team?

As part of the IT team, you will have a challenging and varied workday. Your primary tasks will be the day-to-day operation and administration of Wood Thilsted's existing ICT infrastructure, managing security, Azure AD, Exchange and Microsoft 365 platforms. You will also be working in close collaboration with our HR and Admin team, where you will provide support with all the on-boarding and offboarding tasks.

You will also act as an in-house expert managing our Zendesk helpdesk system including ticket handling and assignment, knowledgebase, channel management, automation, form design and integrations.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • General user and system administration/support on Azure AD
  • Device management (Windows & Apple) on Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft Sharepoint and Teams management
  • Asset management & license management
  • Procurement / Ordering of IT equipment
  • Mobile & data subscription management
  • Manage servers at external co-location site
  • Preparing manuals and guidelines.

You have:

  • 2-3 years of experience with similar tasks and international environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and SAML/Federation
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for both Apple and Microsoft devices
  • Experience with Zendesk is an advantage
  • Expertise within general governance and IT security

As a person you are very customer focused and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly approach; capable of working well under pressure and well as outstanding organisational ability.
