We are searching for an experienced and ambitious People Business Partner who can work with teams of leaders to create a positive impact in our organization.

Our Global People Business Partner Team
Our team of highly skilled People Business Partners support all sectors and all manager levels globally. Our People Business Partners will focus on boosting shared leadership culture over the following years.

Our team strive to assist our leaders in realising NIRAS’ strategy on key organisational drivers.

In our work, we focus on how the leadership teams work together and how the individual leader succeeds in leading people, processes, and structures to realise our key objectives and results.

We create impact by supporting and orchestrating changes in the organisation. We co-participate in developing communication plans with the communication team and business leaders.

NIRAS has offices worldwide, and we are often in contact with our colleagues in other countries. In Denmark, we have several office locations, and our two main offices are in Allerød and Aarhus, where you will have the opportunity to work.

Types of assignments
We expect you to have 8-10 years of experience in assignments such as:

  • Extensive experience with leaders from a project-based organisation with a high level of expert knowledge
  • Advising all levels of leaders on leadership challenges, considering how the business system, organisational processes, management team dynamics, etc. are influencing these challenges
  • Building and constantly improving the preferred leadership culture we are striving to achieve
  • Independently building close relationships with all the leaders you strategically and operationally support so that you take on a natural sparring partner role
  • Communicating in a structured, instructive, and facilitating manner to leaders and leadership teams in both Danish and English fluently
  • Participating and guiding leaders in recruitment processes in relation to key positions
  • Using NIRAS extensive HR tools to guide leaders on Employee Engagement Survey, recruitment, and job interviews, including feedback on personality profile analyses, HR dashboard/key HR data, etc.
  • Assisting in attracting suitable candidates through both mass communication and networking
  • Being part of and co-develop a Global People Business Support team
  • Co-participating in global people projects that strengthen the organisation and business. For instance, talent programs, learning networks, graduate programs, global leadership development programs, sector-focused management programs, mergers, etc.
