What will you be doing?
Dawn Health is looking for a Service Manager to be responsible for service delivery performance execution and drive collaboration with our customers. You will have the opportunity to work in a space in the industry that actively collaborates across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Tech industry. You will joining our newly established Operations team (currently 3 persons – more to come) and will have an opportunity to join at a time where we are building up the team and areas of responsibility.

Your work will be flexible, but the core deliverables for the role will be:

• Ensure efficient operation within the agreed SLA, e.g., through effective monitoring/alerting and continuous improvement measures.

• Mature, streamline and automate Operations and Maintenance activities for Dawn Health’s mobile apps, web apps and backend applications.

• Manage incoming Change Requests from Customers, as well as proposed Change Requests to the Customer proactively.

• Monitoring external platforms (Microsoft Azure, Apple iOS, Google Android) for Changes, Incidents and Cybersecurity events together with the Developers.

• Coordinate releases with customers (prepare release notes)

• Responsible for ensuring that the services follow internal and external requirements to ensure the validated state

• Post market surveillance

• Ensure that compliance tasks such as CAPAs and nonconformities are properly handled and followed up upon.

We need you to
• Have experience within service delivery or have previously been working as incident manager/change manager and want to move into service delivery

• Have knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery and have certain mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles

• Have basic knowledge of databases and their infrastructure, practical knowledge of platform maintenance (vulnerability, security baseline, lifecycle management)

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Have experience working with Quality Standards (e.g., ISO/IEC standards)

• Have worked with post market surveillance is a big advantage
