Experienced Project Manager (Service Management Implementations)

We are looking for an Experienced Project Manager to lead the service management implementation within IT infrastructure projects as well as transition & transformation projects for new and existing customers.

Your responsibilities
As our new Project Manager you will play a vital part both in relation to our customers and internally in NNIT.

Your primary focus will be within the area of service management implementation from the sales phase to the operational hand over:

• Contribute with project management expertise in the sales phase
• Define overall approach and collect estimates for service enablement in the sales phase
• Act as liaisons between individual owners and sales
• Lead the implementation of the service management scope during the project implementation phase
• Validate the operational readiness
• Prepare all documentation
• Manage the operational hand over
• Ensure documentation and sign off.

You will join our Project Management team
You will be part of a project organization with approx. 60 ambitious Project Manager colleagues where we emphasize teamwork, a good working environment and open and honest communication.

Your qualifications and experience
You have an interest in the IT outsourcing business and a natural strive to understand the customers’ value chain.

You also:

• Have a strong project management toolbox and +5 years of project management experience within IT
• Know how to manage your stakeholders externally and internally
• Have a strong customer focus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Have knowledge and experience in using all major project management disciplines with possible knowledge of Prince2 and/or PMI standard. Certification is not a requirement, but we urge our Project Managers to be certified within a short timeframe
• Have a relevant educational background and you are fluent in Danish and English, written and oral
