Job Description
Core Responsibilities

Join a diverse team where you will collaborate to drive future visions for products and services that inspire employees worldwide.

· Your drive clarity on problems to solve, helping craft hypothesis and experiments to help reduce risk in initiatives big and small

· Proactive and self-reliant, you can plan and execute strategic research with autonomy and agility

· Investigate user behaviors and business processes to articulate necessary changes to allow digital products to succeed

· Collaborate with UX, Service Designers to craft future visions of digital products and services that empower employees and bring business value

· Communicate your research findings using storytelling and data

· Offer support to product managers and digital designers, guiding them on research strategies that can be applied before, during and after implementation

· Drive research principles to empower the organization and other digital designers to do better research

· Collaboratively drive a research repository to streamline and reuse research across multiple products and domains (internal and external touch points)

· Recruit users and moderate usability testing sessions

· Analyse, summarize, aggregate research findings that empower product teams to deliver fantastic employee experiences

The team is based in the brand-new LEGO Campus in Billund, offering an exciting, inspiring, and flexible work environment.

You will be part of a diverse digital design team where there are opportunities for sparring and collaboration with other designers and specialties

Additionally, there is a vibrant internal UX Community with all designers in Digital Technology – where we are together advancing the UX maturity of the LEGO Group.

Your superpowers will likely include:

· You may have a background in psychology, anthropology, communication or related social sciences fields

· You are passionate about research, and you use your passion to inspire and mentor your colleagues

· You have a bias towards continuous discovery and integrating research in agile flows

· You use facts, data, testing and tradeoffs to guide conversations

· Please include examples of previous work such as research reports (or a portfolio) in your application
