Core Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of annual engagement study
  • Design and set up surveys on a digital platform
  • Design dashboards and tools that support sharing insights across LEGO GROUP
  • Perform statistical analyses to derive actionable insights from research projects
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within employee engagement to support the LEGO GROUP community

Play your part in ourteam succeedingIn our Employment Engagement Analytics team, we focus on research projects that help build innovative, creative and motivating work environment for all employees within the LEGO GROUP. We are curious about people and aim to provide actionable insights within the employee engagement area by applying diverse reach methods (e.g., Interviews, surveys, sentiment analysis, ONA, etc.) and by performing both descriptive and predictive analyses.In your role you will influence the design and the execution of our research projects. You will be leading the annual engagement survey as well as overlook the setup of our surveying platform. You will be supporting the BRBP community as an SME and drive the further understanding of employee engagement.DoyouhavewhatittakesIdeally a Master’s degree in social science with a mathematical or statistical component to it (preferably within areas of organizational behavior, organizational psychology, strategic management or strategic HR)

  • Interest in topics related to Employee engagement
  • Experience with generating insights from research projects preferably within HR area
  • Experience with partnering with HRBP community and People Leaders
  • Training within statistical analyses (R, STATA, SPSS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with GDPR within employee research area
  • Independency and being solution-oriented
