Job Description
Core Responsibilities

Join a diverse team where you will collaborate to drive future visions for products and services that inspire employees worldwide.

· Translate vision into a tangible roadmap: mapping organizational and technological implications and prototyping concrete concepts

· Create artifacts that capture insights, convey ideas, and inspire new thinking

· Support decision-making through scenario planning, risk analysis, innovation processes and strategic foresight

· Facilitate mapping as-is and to-be user journeys and service blueprinting with participants from all seniority levels

· Partner closely with creative technologists to build working prototypes that bring ideas to life

· Support establishing the foundations of Service Design in the Corporate Technology domain at The LEGO Group

The team is based in the brand-new LEGO Digital Hub in Copenhagen, offering an exciting, inspiring, and flexible work environment.

You will be part of a diverse digital design team including research, UX and Service Designers

Additionally, there is a vibrant internal UX Community with all designers in Digital Technology – where we are together advancing the UX maturity of the LEGO Group.

Your superpowers will likely include:

· You are a strong facilitator - running online workshops and face to face workshops with autonomy

· You show a deep understanding of end-to-end journeys

· You use facts, data, testing and tradeoffs to guide conversations

· You restlessly solve complex problems through collaboration with your team, stakeholders, and users

· Previous experience with sustainability reporting is a bonus

· Please include examples of previous work (or a portfolio) in your application
