We are now looking for a driven and energetic HR Assistant to join us in our quest to deliver great HR to a great group of people.

Your role will be centred around offering proactive, efficient and accurate assistance to our HR operations team in Sweden. You will work particularly closely with our Head of People Operations based in Gothenburg, combined with supporting HR Business Partners located in Stockholm. You will be part of our group-wide People Operations team, consisting of other HR peers from across all our sites. This provides an opportunity for you to partner with and gain competence from a well-versed, dedicated (and fun!) HR team. Work tasks & responsibilities
As HR Assistant, your role will mainly evolve around performing administrative HR duties and processes, such as

  • Owning administrative processes and being responsible for applying automation and efficiency measures to improve and develop them
  • New hire orientation routines and processes for pre-, on- and offboarding
  • Registration and ensuring data accuracy in our HR system (HiBob)
  • Basic payroll, pension and insurance admin and coordination
  • Relocation coordination and administration
  • Reporting and people analytics
  • Supporting the HR team in people projects centred around Mental Health, Engagement, Culture and Diversity & Inclusion

You are also expected to provide direct support to managers and co-workers on basic HR-related queries and assist the wider HR team on projects and tasks to push our joint HR agenda.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. The role requires a good understanding of HR functions and best practices, confidence in systems admin, and previous exposure to basic labor law and employment equity regulations in Sweden. We expect swift skills in administrative tasks and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
