We are looking for a Head of Data Management Sweden to Tietoevry Transform Data & AI business. Tietoevry Transform drives IT landscape modernization and digital & data transformation across business, IT & data organizations at large Nordic companies.

Data & AI is one of the fastest growing service areas in Tietoevry Transform dedicated to being client’s first choice partner in their data driven transformation. Our hearts are beating for data, business and human union. We are passionate people who make data flow in our customer’s organization and create business value with it!

We design, build and operate modern cloud-based data management solutions - from source data to data driven tools & applications. We advise our customers to set the direction and data driven transformation focus areas. We support them in creating data strategy, designing overall IT landscape architecture and assessing and developing data related capabilities.

When joining Tietoevry Transform as a Head of Data Management Sweden in Data & AI

• You will be a part of Data & AI business area, which is dedicated to being client’ first choice partner in their data driven transformation
• You will be responsible for building up and leading our operations in Sweden in largest business area in Data & AI. Data Management business area consists of a global team of around 200 data professionals, and the team will be growing. You will ramp-up team to Sweden with support from your Data Management colleagues in other countries as well as Heads of other business areas in Sweden.
• You will be working with our clients in developing their data management solutions - from source data to data driven tools & applications. These data driven applications could be for example dashboards and visualisations, AI or advanced analytics tools or data driven front-end applications
• You will develop the data driven transformation approach and offering always up to date with the latest modern technologies

• You have a strong understanding as well as further curiosity about the current and future technologies within data management
• You are passionate to solve clients’ challenges in agile ways to create continuous business value
• You communicate fluently with both business and IT & data leaders
• You have drive and motivation to make a business impact and inspire people around you
• You have previous experience of successfully building-up and leading a business or at least a strong desire for it as your next career step
• You want to ramp-up a great team with data talents, lead and develop people
• You have around about 5 years of relevant experience in the world of data management
• You are fluent both in Swedish and English
