Cyber Security is part of Vestas Power Solutions designs and deliveries modern, secure and maintainable IT solutions. Aims to create value for Vestas and our customers with future solutions using the latest technology and security trends to detect the potential threats before they become real.

Responsibilities

• Support the team working on our products & solution that are being deployed to supervise the cybersecurity issues across a diverse suite of ICS components
• Work in the Architecture group for IAM software solutions
• Respond diligently to all system and network security breachesEnsuring that the OT data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls
• Participate in the change management process
• Be able to define product requirements for cyber security based on standards
• Understanding of systems engineering principles
• Coach other team members
• Provide architecture design guidelines to assist implements some of the standards
• Will be required to work with the SMEs for each cybersecurity subject area and key value-chain stakeholders as needed
• Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security

Qualifications

• Master's in Computer Science / Information Technology / Similar engineering specialization
• Solid attention to detail with an investigative mind and high-quality problem-solving skills
• Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
• Knowledge of industry standards within this area, primarily IEC 62443, IEC 62351
• Experience in .NET and Microsoft development stack (Azure DevOps)
• Solid communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Project execution & Change management experience are preferred
• Fluent in English (writing and oral) as well as business understanding and a commercial outlook

• You should have a progressive and innovative work approach
• Ability to work with no supervision as well as being part of a great team and provide coach to functional leads
• Efficient but generic knowledge on IT/ICS security, risk management
• Knowledge about computer forensics analysis, ethical hacking, security testing, etc
• Flexibility and proficiency to work in a growing, progressive, interdisciplinary team of experts
• Leadership skills, Respecting Safety, Motivation, Collaboration, Accountability, and Enthusiasm
