About the role

We are looking for a Network Specialist lead. In this role you will be responsible for Dustin´s internal Network structure, including setting the vision, coordinating work tasks, and maintaining the existing platform. You will be part of a Infrastructure team of 8 people, working both on enterprise level network, but also taking part of the daily maintenance and operations of our core infrastructure, including 2 Data centres.

We work very agile with project management based on scrum, which allows you to have a very high level of autonomy in your projects and enjoy the full team’s support when ever it is needed.

You will be joining at an exciting time when Dustin is expanding in new markets and increasing investments in IT to make sure that Dustin are ready for the future. We are therefore changing our IT-platform (Cloud strategy) and way of work to be more agile and have even closer cooperation with our business

What you will be doing

Typically, you will be the "go-to" network lead, given the responsibility to work on a variety of operational tasks within our internal IT landscape such as assessments, planning, design, testing, security and technical documentation, implementation, and support. Among other things, you will also:

• Responsible for deploying, designing, configuring, maintaining, and fixing most of the network security implementations of Palo Alto Networks
• Provides support, evaluation, and research into the deployed Palo Alto Networks equipment’s processes and problems
• Troubleshoot and solve advanced and complex issues as they arise
• Networks products, such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, and VPN, among others
• Must be ready to work flexible hours and need to adjust to changing environments
• Must be ready to undertake some travel days during the year when maintenance at our data centers are needed

What you bring

• In-depth understanding of the Implementation and administration processes to support our internal Network structure based on Palo Alto
• Understanding of the concept of “infrastructure as code” and are adept in using PowerShell and command line
• Enhancing network security, as well as documentation network processes and cabling layouts.
