Therefore, we are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect who can help us deliver business value through developing our ServiceNow platform.

With a direct reference to our Head of Business Applications, you will become a leading part of the Business Applications team in IT. In the team you will find dedicated colleagues with competences within system administration, project management, development, integration, and architecture. The team is responsible for plan, build and run of Kamstrup´s internal business applications, which includes ERP, CRM, CPQ, PLM, QMS, ServiceNow and several other applications. A job with focus on delivering business value with best-in-class solutions
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will identify, design, and deliver complex architectures, strategies, and solutions to Kamstrup. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise. In addition, you will ensure the right technology solutions for our organization whilst being a trusted advisor at all levels – helping the organisation to clearly articulate the specific problems they are facing.

More specific, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering our ServiceNow solution with a technical architecture designed for long-term success using ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices
• Supporting a strong governance model and a structured approach to upgrades and changes
• Preparing and running functional design workshops, creating design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements
• Maintaining deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitions ServiceNow Architect who has a huge drive and thrive in the field between IT and business. We imagine that you have a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a cand.merc.IT degree or similar. In addition, we expect you to have 5+ years of experience from a similar role where you have worked with IT projects within ServiceNow. This has given you a strong business understanding and technical insight, which qualifies you to discuss possible solutions and new ideas with the organisation.

Furthermore, it will be considered an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITIL) / Agile / DevOps environment
• ServiceNow experience in one or more of the areas within ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM or HR products
• ServiceNow CSA and implementation specialist certifications in more than one key areas of ServiceNow
• Knowledge and experience with other ITSM Toolsets (HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, Cherwell, etc.) Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Experience in Java Scripting and other business systems such as ERP, PLM and CRM

As a person you are analytical and driven by your desire to create change. Moreover, you are ambitious, a great communicator, and have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others. You master the art of creating strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and you thrive with a wide range of contacts. You are good at getting acquainted with new things, are quick to familiarize yourself with new technologies and use these in a business context.

The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an asset.
