As a Global IS Implementation Project Manager – VMS (Vendor Management System), responsible to lead the execution of strategic projects in Group functions at global level, using either ABB and/or 3rd party resources, and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost and scheduling targets.

Your responsibilities
- Defining, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation
- Effectively organizing, monitoring and controlling activities to ensure achievement of planned stagegates and efficient utilization of available resources
- Monitoring and controlling project cost and financials. Identifying, containing and reducing risk, and ensuring that all opportunities are captured and acted upon
- Formalizing acceptance of the project and brings all the project elements to a conclusion
- Ensuring projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures
- Serving as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues
- Effectively communicating appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support
- Leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
- Coaching, developing and providing feedback regarding those individuals allocated to work on project
- Keeping up to date and informed about any change in strategy and is consulted regarding any incident or other project which has, or might have, a major impact on the project
Your background
- Minimum in Bachelor's in any relevant field, engineering IT/IS, finance, economics or supply chain
- General project management experience
- Specific supply chain management or/- and sourcing experience, especially from temporary labor market
- IS implementation experience, preferably with SAP Fieldglass or other contingent workforce planning tool/- system
- Self-motivated and driven leader with ability to get the best out of a diverse team
- Strong communication & presentation skills
