Digital Marketing & Media Internship - Obsidian Media

We are currently looking for an intern in Obsidian Media in Aarhus. As an intern, you will be part of our Performance team, which daily operates and optimizes our portfolio of digital media.

You will learn about a relatively wide range of tasks in online marketing, e-commerce and digital business:

• Affiliate marketing & content Marketing
• Product Research
• Seach Engine Marketing – primarily SEO
• CRO (conversion optimization)
• AI tools including ChatGPT
• Become part of both technical and creative projects)

In addition to this, you will gain lots of experience in systems and tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Trello and others.

Obsidian Media is a digital media company based upon digital performance marketing. We are innovative digital publishers that helps the consumer in the research stage of consumer products. How? With buying guides, inspirational content and price comparison in topics such as electronics, gifts, fitness/sports, home/garden, decor/furniture and much more.

Among our partners counts Pricerunner, Amazon, Walwart, LEGO, Whiteaway and many more, which we help to increase traffic, customers and revenue. We are active in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the USA and the UK, and have further plans for growth in several markets.

We are today a total of 20 full-time employees, and where one half are located here in Aarhus, while the other half in our office in Bosnia, Banja Luka.

Who are we looking for?
You have a good business cumen, great English skills, computer/tech savvy and are able to understand customer behavior and think either creatively or very analytically.

Although education and grades are not crucial, we typically look for students in E-commerce, Cand.merc.marketing, Digital Business, Marketing Economist, or similar education in marketing/IT/communication.

The important thing for us is that you have the desire, commitment and drive that enables you to develop to the maximum and keep up with a knowledge-heavy and fast-growing digital company.

It is obviously an advantage if you have an understanding of websites, SEO or digital marketing, but it is definitely not a requirement. If you are at a high level, you will still be challenged, as in that case you will have even more responsibilities and demanding tasks.
