Join us as our new Assistant Manager – Supply Chain
We are seeking a motivated Candidate who shall be responsible for Demand analysis, capacity planning, coordination with production and timely delivery of Nutraceutical Products. Reporting to the Plant Head, you will be a key member taking care of supply chain. This role is ideal for a candidate who is independent and highly motivated.

Supply chain is a position that provides technical, operational and business support to Novozymes core business on quality matters that are critical for the development. Novozymes is a high-energy team of 50+ colleagues located over 14 sites in Europe and the Middle East, North and South America, and Asia.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Ensure receipt, consolidation & reconciliation of demand requirements from Central Supply Chain.
Demand analysis & resolution of forecast related issues.
Supply commitment against firm demand in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Capacity planning & release of production requirements based on agreed demand.

To succeed you must hold:

• At least 10 years of experience in a role relevant to supply chain, demonstrating
  • strong communication skills
  • Well versed with FSSAI,
  • a desire to work independently and proactively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Should possess good knowledge of Dietary Ingredients.
• A Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce/Science.
