ABOUT THE JOB
We are expanding our design team with a Digital Product Designer. As a designer, you are driven by creating and developing strategic concepts, and visual and interactive experiences as well as taking pride in craftsmanship and systematization. We believe in having fun, being ambitious on behalf of our customers, empowering each other to succeed, and always being curious about the next thing.

You will work in dedicated teams and have a shared responsibility to create outstanding experiences across various products and Brands and as a digital product designer, you are the glue between business goals, customer insights, and the final experience.

We look for a nice person and a team player that always aims to deliver quality fights for good design and understands the importance of working closely with developers to ensure outstanding experiences in the final product. You as a designer know the value of design and can communicate it both to our clients and your co-creators.

Besides being a top-notch designer, we value that you are self-driven, with an “always ready to help” attitude and you believe that the best solutions are created in collaboration with others.

• Demonstrated skills in relevant software (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Webflow, Invision, Principle, Adobe creative suite).
• Great people and presentation skills.
• Teamplayer as your favorite T-shirt.

• A systemized and structured approach.
• Agile and flexible skills, when projects need them.
• +2 years of experience
• A portfolio that showcases how good you are.
• … Interaction and app skills are a huge plus.
