Luxion, a fast-growing and successful software company with an agile development process, is looking for a talented Test Manager to drive our quality assurance to the next level across our four Scrum teams.

Luxion develops and sells KeyShot, the fastest and easiest photo-realistic cross-platform 3D rendering software on the market, supported by cloud services. The Role: Test Manager
As the Test Manager at Luxion, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of our products across platforms and cloud services. Working alongside our senior test lead and testers in the development teams, you ensure planning and coordination, but also drive improvements to quality assurance processes and activities.

You will play an important role in empowering our four Scrum teams to deliver high-quality results sprint by sprint, adopting a hands-on approach.
Reporting to the development manager, you will collaborate on setting goals and driving improvements to testing and continuous integration across teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning test activities and resources for upcoming releases.
• Driving improvements to quality assurance in the Scrum teams and for product releases.
• Participating in testing activities for hands-on experience as required.
• Continuously working towards higher test coverage and test automation.
• Staying updated on new features and 3rd party integrations to adapt test plans as needed.
• Collaborating with Support on defect reporting and propagation to Scrum teams.
• Identifying, collecting, and analyzing QA metrics for continuous improvements and goal-setting.

Your Profile
You have experience in testing and test management and are eager to make a difference by making quality assurance a joint effort throughout the development process. As a curious and quick learner, you can understand complex concepts while maintaining an overview and executing effective plans. Your experience should include:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing, including in an agile setup.
• At least 1 year working as a test manager or in a similar leading role.
• Solid understanding of different test levels and test types
• Experience in agile testing and ways to bring it into the Scrum team
• Experience with test automation (e.g., UI, API, etc.)
• Experience with various management tools (e.g., Jira, XRay, TestRail, etc.)

It will be advantageous if you have:

• ISTQB Certification or other relevant education in software test and management.
• Experience with 3D modeling or visualization software.
• Experience with cross-platform applications and web solutions.
