An outgoing and result-oriented Front Office Manager for Terma in Vienna

Are you energetic and cheerful and act accordingly towards our employees and guests? If so, we look forward welcoming you as our new Front Office Manager at Terma in Vienna.

You will be responsible for our front office in Vienna and have direct report to our Facility Director in Denmark. You will be the one to welcome our external guests and craftsmen when arriving to Terma’s site in Vienna.

As a Front Office Manager, you will be part of Terma’s Global Facility team, consisting of 21 employees, responsible for front office and facilities maintenance at all Terma’s sites.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Welcome, check-in and check-out of guests
  • Access control
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls
  • Point of contact for the site owner
  • Handling of mail
  • Receiving and shipping of goods
  • Conference catering
  • Taking photos of new employees and printing ID-cards
  • Hand out ID-cards and IT equipment
  • Simple IT tasks
  • Travel bookings for colleagues travelling internationally
  • Various daily ad-hoc tasks from Terma employees
  • Daily and regular video surveillance of the site
  • Preparation of various practical tasks for next day

Your working hours are 38,5 per week. As our Front Office Manager, you will be working in the front office from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM and Friday from 7.30 AM to 1 PM, while your remaining working hours will be available for your additional tasks.

To succeed in the role, you should be

  • Focusing on details and quality
  • A trained Front Office Manager has experience from the travel business, and/or from similar jobs within the service trade
  • Easily smiling and cheerful
  • Fluent in the German and English languages, both in verbal and writing is mandatory.
  • A service-minded team player with energy and perspective
  • Able to work independently with your tasks and be a problem solver, enjoying challenges.

Based on full employment we offer you a yearly gross salary from 35.000 Euro depending on your qualification and experience.
