As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital future and driving innovation within the staffing industry.

About the role

Our new Senior Backend Engineer will be implementing BE features like data access, data exposure, complex business logic, system x-going frameworks like error handling, logging etc. as well as refactoring. You will also participate in automation and hygiene activities. Moreover, your responsibilities include:

• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Solve complex BE tasks – some related to general architecture and data management and exposure and some related to feature domains.
• Independently set direction, drive quality with the team and provide guidance to colleagues.

Technologies

• NET Core.
• WinForms (expected to be 90% phased out by the end of next year)
• MVC application architecture.
• SQL / T-SQL.

Your profile

We appreciate if you have a graduate degree within a technical domain and working experience with listed coding languages as well as skills handling complex business logic, data management, code base hygiene, framework conversion, automatic test building etc.
