about the job
Siemens Gamesa is seeking a motivated Global Mobility Partner to join their team in Denmark. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and provide expert advice on global mobility policies and processes. The role can be shaped based on your experience, and your responsibilities can be:

• Providing country support and consulting on global mobility cases for Denmark and assigned countries
• Ensuring the initiation, set-up, and support of project-related assignments, as well as supporting employees and managers with
their internal international short term assignments
• Ensuring the application of agreed Global Mobility policies and guidelines being part of a network of Siemens Gamesa global
mobility experts
• Contacting external vendors regarding specialist advice when needed
• Working with end-to-end process description of Global Mobility tasks ensuring lean administration between Vendors, local GM
Team, and global GM Team
• Keeping up-to-date with country-specific global mobility rules and regulations
• Providing global mobility-related change and project management support in Denmark and assigned regions
• Identifying trends and patterns to suggest continuous improvement initiatives related to global or local mobility processes

For the HR Services team, Siemens Gamesa is looking for an experienced Global Mobility Partner to take part in an exciting journey of transforming the operational HR set-up and join the team in Brande consisting of experienced colleagues with in-depth knowledge of the international global mobility market.

about you and what you need to make a difference
As a person, you are structured, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines. You will often multi-task with several projects or cases, and it is important that you are able to set priorities and follow them. You have an analytical approach to problem-solving and a “can do” attitude. It is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and you must possess a proactive attitude as well as the ability to quickly learn country-specific regulatory and legal requirements that may impact the process.

Additionally, your strong communication skills enable seamless interaction with colleagues as well as external stakeholders. You will handle confidential and sensitive information as part of the job, and it is important that you respect this responsibility in a trustworthy way.

Strong drive and ambition will get you far, but in addition, your qualifications are:
• A degree in business administration, finance, HR, or similar
• Experience in HR Services, preferably in global mobility
• International work experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in using IT systems
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
• Fluency in English and Danish

Most importantly, you like to challenge yourself to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You are capable of swiftly providing assistance as needed. While there may be unfamiliar processes to navigate, having expertise in managing short-term and long-term assignments as well as foreign local hires residing in Denmark or abroad is essential.
