Our portfolio includes brands like; UVD Robots, an award winning mobile robot for disinfection; GoBe Robots, a mobile telepresence robot for communication, social inclusion and CO2 reductions and PTR Robots, a mobile robot for safe patient handling and rehabilitation.
The job
We are looking for a proactive and organized marketing assistant to support our marketing team with around 15 hours per week. You will work onsite at our HQ in Odense, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform essential administrative tasks
- Assist in the development and design of various marketing and sales materials
- Support on SEM initiatives
- Assist on email marketing and workflows/automations
- Track and report on progress in monthly reports
- Assist the team with various ad-hoc tasks
Your Profile:
- You have just started or plan to start your Master’s within Marketing, Communications or similar.
- Structured and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in GSuite incl. Google Sheets, Slides, Docs
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud like Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience with Hubspot and Google Ads is a plus
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Comfortable embracing new challenges
- Takes ownership and demonstrates accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
